Thank you for shopping at DigiMarket. All products sold on this website — including eBooks, PDF books, and templates — are digital products delivered electronically.
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been delivered, except in the cases described below.
When a refund may be issued
We will consider a refund or replacement if:
- You received a corrupted, damaged, or unreadable file, and we are unable to send a working replacement within a reasonable time.
- You were charged more than once for the same order due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to your purchased product within 48 hours of payment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
When a refund will not be issued
- You changed your mind after downloading the product.
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- You no longer have a need for the product.
- The product did not meet personal expectations, provided the product matches its description on the product page.
How to request a refund
